It’s thoughtfully affordable, too: members pay just $30/hour, while non-members pay $60/hour for a polished studio experience.

PHILM

As Wilmington’s first rentable content studio, PHILM holds a unique spot in the Cargo District creative scene. It features a powerful 13×14×11 ft cyc wall plus eight additional aesthetic backdrops, giving photographers and creators a wide range of visual environments to work with.

The studio is fully equipped with professional lighting gear, Amaran F21 lights, AD400s, LED panels, a product table and has interchangeable decor, making it ideal for headshots, branding, product photography, commercials, and more.

It’s designed with efficiency and ease in mind offering odds and ends like a stocked fridge, coffee bar, camera accessories, and thoughtful extras that help creatives focus on shooting rather than setup logistics.
