How to book
Step 1
Submit an inquiry and receive a personalized package proposal from us. Dates will only be secured once the non-refundable retainer is paid and the contract is signed.
Step 2
As your event approaches, we’ll send over a brief questionnaire to finalize your photo template design, backdrop selection, and other important details.
Step 3
We’ll handle the photobooth from start to finish, helping create a fun and memorable addition to your event!

FAQ
What does it cost to rent the Photobooth?
$325/hr with a minimum of 4 hours required for booking. $125 Setup and breakdown fee.
How much is the retainer?
20% down is required. This retainer is Non-refundable under any circumstances.
DO you travel?
Currently, services are available within a 120-mile radius of Wilmington, NC.
Travel fees may apply, depending on the distance.
Standard Travel Fees:
0–40 miles → included
41–75 miles → $50 travel fee
76–120 miles → $100 travel fee
How can I add my own touch specific to my event or brand?
You’re welcome to incorporate your own décor around the photobooth to personalize the space. We simply ask that all items be submitted for pre-approval to ensure they are safe for the booth setup and venue conditions. If you’re working with a florist, we highly recommend adding a few floral elements near the booth—this creates a cohesive, elevated look and beautifully enhances your photos.
If you prefer a fully curated design experience, Golden Glimpses Photobooth can handle all the hard work for you through our Custom Design Add-On.
Design Fee: $100 + Cost of Goods
This covers a custom visual concept, curated mood boards, and personalized aesthetic planning tailored to your event’s unique style.
How Will my guests and I get the photos?
Guests can access their photos instantly by scanning a QR code at the booth, which provides a direct digital link to download and share their images right away.
After the event, you’ll also receive an online gallery where all booth photos will be available for approximately 30 days, giving you and your guests additional time to view and save your favorites.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of my event?
To protect our equipment and ensure your safety, the photobooth cannot operate in rain, strong winds, or other poor weather conditions.
If your event is outdoors, you must provide a tent with solid walls or covered area for the rental. If a covered space is not available at the time of setup, we will be unable to proceed with the photobooth rental, and no refunds will be given due to weather.
While every event is unique, we highly recommend having an indoor backup location available whenever possible. Indoor setups ensure the photobooth runs smoothly, creates the best guest experience, and protects your investment from unexpected weather changes. If you’re unsure about your venue layout, we’re always happy to help you choose a safe and beautiful spot for the photobooth.
